Infrared or Traditional?

Choose infrared if you want lower heat, longer sessions, a standard household outlet rather than a 240v circuit, and an indoor installation. Choose a cedar sauna if you want the full heat and steam — 180°F and up, water on stones, and the colder rooftop contrast that goes with it.
